Cancellation Policy

At Laser Therapy South, we understand that the decision to quit smoking is one of the most significant decisions you will ever make and for that reason, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  We value your business and ask that you respect the following scheduling policies:

 All Saturday appointments require a credit card to secure an appointment time. Your card is kept on file and will not be charged unless 24 hours notice is not given to either cancel or change an appointment time, or there is a no-show. In the event 24 hours notice is not given, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 

 

 Your time as well as our time is valuable and we have implemented this policy for that reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the opportunity to  help another patient who could have scheduled for the same time.


 **Please note: When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Please have either a MC or Visa when scheduling.
